Radware Doubles Global Cloud Security Capacity

Radware, a leader in application security solutions, has doubled its global DDoS mitigation capacity to 30 Tbps. This expansion targets the rising complexity of network assaults, incorporating AI-driven detection and new regional security centers to enhance localized protection for enterprises worldwide.

Key Takeaways:

  • Radware has boosted its global mitigation power from 15 Tbps to 30 Tbps.
  • Modern threats are increasingly sophisticated, requiring multi-layered, AI-driven protection.
  • The company recorded an 85% rise in network DDoS attacks during the first half of 2025.
  • New security centers in Bogotá, Lima, Mumbai, Singapore, and Tel Aviv expand coverage to 65 locations.
  • DefensePro® X technology mitigates massive DDoS attacks, including those exceeding 50 million requests per second.

Doubling Capacity to Combat New Threats

Radware, a global provider of application security and delivery solutions, announced it has doubled its cloud security network’s total attack mitigation capacity—from 15 Tbps to 30 Tbps. This move seeks to address a wave of larger, more complex distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) campaigns confronting businesses worldwide.

The Emerging Threat Landscape

“The global threat landscape is undergoing a seismic shift,” said Roy Zisapel, Radware president and CEO. According to the company’s H1 Global Threat Analysis, Radware logged an 85% increase in network DDoS attacks in the first half of 2025 compared with the same period in 2024. Cybercriminals are increasingly leveraging AI-driven tools and advanced botnets, raising the stakes for enterprises seeking foolproof security solutions.

Technological Advancements and DefensePro® X

Radware now equips all of its cloud security centers with the DefensePro® X platform, designed to protect against both high-volume and application-level attacks. Its AI-powered defenses can intercept malicious traffic exceeding 50 million requests per second. By employing precise automation and real-time analytics, Radware’s system aims to mitigate the most complex threats without hindering legitimate network activities.

Global Network Expansion

In 2025, Radware opened five new cloud security service centers—in Bogotá, Colombia; Lima, Peru; Mumbai, India; Singapore; and a second center in Tel Aviv, Israel. These additions bring Radware’s total global cloud security centers to 65, positioning the company to deliver localized threat mitigation and faster response times. This approach also helps organizations in various regions maintain compliance with data residency requirements while keeping critical applications online and accessible.

Industry Acknowledgment

Radware’s DDoS mitigation expertise has garnered industry acclaim over the years. Market analysts and independent review platforms, including G2, Peerspot, and QKS Group, continue to rate the company’s capabilities highly, reflecting strong customer satisfaction and robust market presence.
