Moez Limayem, a former University of South Florida business dean, is poised to become the school’s ninth president pending approval by the Florida Board of Governors. During his three-year tenure leading the University of North Florida, Limayem delivered record enrollment while reinforcing his passion for student success, community engagement, and research excellence.

Steven W. McLaughlin, provost and executive vice president for Academic Affairs at Georgia Tech, has been appointed as the 14th president of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, effective July 1. Bringing nearly three decades of academic leadership, McLaughlin is set to usher in a new era at the historic institution.
