Arkansas Boys State has honored two of its former delegates, Shepherd (class of 1993) and Williams (class of 1985), by inducting them into its Hall of Fame. The ceremony took place on Friday, May 29, during the program’s 85th annual session, celebrating their ongoing contributions to one of the state’s long-held traditions.
