Capital City Bank has announced Alicia Williams-Ronan as its new chief retail officer, succeeding longtime leader Randy Lashua, who will retire December 31 after 20 years. Williams-Ronan will now guide the bank’s retail sales, service, and operations, overseeing 350 associates across 63 offices in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
