A respondent to a robbery call in Phelan was shot in the arm with a BB gun by an unknown male intruder who has since barricaded himself inside the home. Deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department are currently on the scene, working to contain and resolve the tense situation.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly starting a fire in his Scottsdale apartment and threatening staff with a knife. The incident, which turned into a barricade situation, ended peacefully when police took the man into custody.
