In a crucial effort to conserve one of Earth’s most biodiverse regions, U.S.-based nonprofit Saving Nature has secured 865 acres in Colombia’s Western Andes. This move aims to restore degraded lands with over 16,000 native trees and permanently preserve extensive cloud forest habitats.
