Kinney Drugs is opening a new store at 499 Canal Street in Brattleboro, marking the occasion with a Customer Appreciation Day for the entire community. The pharmacy hopes the event will draw local residents to join in the celebrations this Wednesday.

“New Clothes,” produced by the Brattleboro-based Vermont Suitcase Company, took home Best Narrative Feature and Best Emerging Filmmakers at the Vermont Film Festival in Woodstock. Announced at the beginning of August, these accolades showcase the vibrant creative talent in the region.
