Former breeding dog rescued in West Kelowna now on the road to recovery
Rescued from neglect, a nine-year-old Yorkshire terrier mix named Tessa is now receiving the care she needs. After having at least five litters, she is finally on the road to recovery thanks to an intervention by the BC SPCA.
