A California dog trainer has been charged with multiple felonies, including animal cruelty and evidence destruction, following the deaths of 11 dogs in his care. Kwong “Tony” Chun Sit, 53, of Irvine, pleaded not guilty to the charges on Monday, according to Orange County prosecutors.
