Mineral Area College has reached salary equity for its faculty and staff in the 2025-2026 year, fulfilling a key institutional goal. During the same meeting, the Board of Trustees also honored theater coordinator Amanda Dement for keeping the program alive in 2021 despite significant budget reductions.
