Students at Southern Elementary enjoyed a holiday surprise courtesy of the Christian Appalachian Project (CAP) and the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. Volunteers brought cheer and excitement to the school just in time for the Christmas season, shining a light on the generosity of both organizations.
