Muttville and the San Francisco SPCA are joining a national adoption campaign that removes all pet-adoption costs and tackles overcrowding in local facilities. As part of San Francisco’s efforts to raise awareness this August, they aim to place more animals in loving homes while alleviating the burden on shelters.
