Monroe High School’s own Vikki Stec has been honored as the Boys Volleyball Coach of the Year for 2025, recognizing her outstanding leadership and dedication.

Two esteemed local coaches, Robinson from Yankton and Buffington from GV, will be inducted into the South Dakota Cross Country and Track and Field Coaches Association Hall of Fame during the state championships on May 31. This honor recognizes their significant contributions to the sport and their lasting impact on student-athletes.
