Spinal Tap returns in a new mockumentary, “The End Continues,” under the direction of Rob Reiner and starring Christopher Guest, Michael McKean, and Harry Shearer. While the reunion brings a few chuckles, the film ultimately falls short of the legendary band’s comedic heights.
