Chef Genevieve Vang, best known for her Bangkok 96 restaurant, is teaming up with Detroit chef Jasmine White to launch Sushi Lounge. Opening on September 6, this “Detroit-style” sushi bar is part of the Detroit Shipping Co. food hall, showcasing a new take on the Motor City’s evolving cuisine.
