A formal flag retirement ceremony will be held at the Rice Lake Elks Lodge on Sunday, Sept. 21, at 2 p.m. Local Boy Scout Troop 28 will assist, ensuring each flag is respectfully retired. This gathering invites the community to witness a time-honored tradition that honors our national symbol.
