Girls Supports Girls, a French film and culture sorority, will launch a new five-day program in Kigali, Rwanda, with support from Canal+ and Unifrance. Founded in 2019 by producer Vanessa Djian and publicist Karolyne Leibovici, the group has previously hosted successful events in Paris, Cannes, and Guinea. Now, it is extending its reach to support women-centric film and cultural activities on another continent.
