A group of around 40 crime victims in Larimer County, with support from a dozen volunteers, is initiating a recall effort against District Attorney Gordon McLaughlin. Citing dissatisfaction with how their cases were handled and perceived failures in the justice department, they aim to remove the second-term DA from his position.
