Two defendants in the $34 million Hafa Adai Bingo fraud scheme have been granted release pending appeal, enabling them to remain out of federal custody for now. Chief Judge Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood, of the District Court of Guam, ruled in their favor on Tuesday. The couple expressed gratitude to the judge for her decision.
