A man was arrested in Hanford after stealing a truck and leading police on an 11-mile high-speed chase through the city on Monday afternoon.

Springfield’s Ian James is facing multiple charges, including armed robbery, after allegedly ramming two police cruisers. Previously arrested for leading police on a high-speed chase, his encounters with law enforcement continue to escalate.
