A gang-related shooting inside a packed Crown Heights lounge in Brooklyn left three people dead and ten others injured. Newly released surveillance video captured the chaos as patrons scrambled for cover when bullets began to fly in the early hours of August 17.

Two Delta regional jets collided on a taxiway at LaGuardia Airport, injuring one flight attendant in what the airline described as a “low-speed collision.” Both planes were heading to and from different destinations, but the mishap did not affect overall airport operations.
