Carroll County recently celebrated a major step forward in broadband access with the launch of new fiber connectivity. A ribbon-cutting ceremony brought officials and residents together to highlight the transformative potential of “Gig Town” status across several local communities.

Johnson Creek welcomed its inaugural “Wellness in the Creek” event, a collaboration between the Johnson Creek Public Library and the Village of Johnson Creek. Held on Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Johnson Creek Community Center, the gathering aimed to bring community members together in support of local health and well-being.

Hundreds of aviation enthusiasts and community members flocked to the annual Flight Breakfast at Arthur N. Neu Airport. Organized by Signet Masonic Lodge 264 and Carroll Aviation, the event drew nearly 25 aircraft and enabled 65 visitors to enjoy sky-high views of the city.
