Grand Island officials are hosting a public meeting to explore median improvements for State Street and 13th Street. Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and offer input on the proposed updates from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Grand Island Public Library.
