HVAC issue sends smoke through South Fork Elementary School in Winston-Salem
Smoke from the heating and cooling system at South Fork Elementary School briefly forced everyone outside. Winston-Salem firefighters inspected the building, and students were able to return to their classrooms soon afterward.
