In a noteworthy executive change, longtime WME partner Nir Caspi has taken on the roles of head of non-scripted & new media and chief growth officer at Independent Artist Group. This move also marks a transition for agency veteran Hayden Meyer, who is adjusting his responsibilities after two decades at IAG (and its predecessor APA).

Nir Caspi, a 15-year veteran of WME, will head Independent Artist Group’s Non-Scripted & New Media efforts as well as serve as Chief Growth Officer. His departure from WME signals a strategic move for IAG, which aims to bolster its positioning in television, digital media, and beyond.
