As August wanes, Okanagan College President Neil Fassina welcomes faculty and staff to the first day of “Connections,” the institution’s two-day, employee-run conference. In a brief campus message, Fassina highlights the community effort behind the event and says he looks forward to meeting participants at the sessions.

On Tuesday night at the Innovation Centre, the Okanagan College community gathered to present the inaugural Kevin Greenwood Memorial Entrepreneurship Award. The ceremony was filled with both smiles and tears as attendees honored the beloved faculty member known for his big, bright smile.
