Two acclaimed Oscar-nominated documentaries, “The Perfect Neighbor” and “Mr. Nobody Against Putin,” are now contenders for the first-ever Documentary Grand Prix. The International Federation of Film Critics (Fipresci) and Millennium Docs Against Gravity festival have teamed up to celebrate the standout documentary film of the year.
