Friends and family are commemorating the life of 82-year-old Powderly resident, Lilly Belle Pendley, who passed away on July 5, 2026 at The Heartford House in Owensboro. Born in 1944 to Henry and Flora Belle Jarvis Case, she was remembered as an active member of her community.
