While many obstacles in life seem unmovable, this reflection draws on Mark 11:23–24 to illustrate how faith-filled prayer can speak directly to the most daunting challenges. Grounded in the conviction that God’s timing is perfect, the article highlights trust as the critical element for conquering the mountains we face.

A virtual retreat series, “Praying with Julian of Norwich,” invites participants to reflect on spiritual themes over six Monday evenings this fall.
