O&D Hospitality is introducing two upscale venues to downtown St. Charles: RILY, a raw-bar jazz club, and The Idle Hour, a members-only cigar lounge. Both establishments, located at 11 S. 2nd Ave, plan to open this year, promising a new level of nightlife on the Riverfront.
