Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell, and Tom Waits have joined director Brad Bird’s animated film “Ray Gunn,” set in Metropia, a sprawling metropolis that imagines the future from a 1939 vantage point. This star-studded Skydance Animation production teams the trio with longtime voice actor John Ratzenberger.
