A large RCMP and bylaw officer presence was reported at Kelowna’s Rutland Lions Park Monday afternoon. Cruiser vehicles and tape blocked off the area near the cenotaph around 2:30 p.m., while a search dog was also spotted on site. Police monitored the park entrances as the situation developed.
