The Richmond-San Rafael Bridge will introduce new operating hours for its bike and pedestrian path next week. According to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, the right side of the bridge’s upper deck will become a highway shoulder from Monday to Thursday, affecting bridge access for cyclists and walkers.
