In a move coinciding with Easter celebrations, Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared a ceasefire in Ukraine starting Saturday evening. The Kremlin announced the ceasefire will last from 6 p.m. Moscow time on Saturday until midnight after Easter Sunday.
