Man accused of stealing beer, cigarettes arrested after allegedly spitting on police
A 35-year-old man was taken into custody in Centralia after allegedly stealing beer and cigarettes, then spitting on officers who tried to detain him. Police say he ran from the scene and attempted to hide before his arrest.
