Chris Fleming makes his HBO debut with “Chris Fleming: Live at the Palace,” airing February 27 at 10 p.m. Filmed at the Cadillac Palace Theatre in Chicago, the stand-up hour explores everything from snack foods to daily routines with Fleming’s signature wit.
