Malibu’s city officials, partners, and advocates recently celebrated the completion of a $19 million project to synchronize 12 traffic signals along an 8-mile stretch of Pacific Coast Highway. The improvements are designed to enhance road safety and streamline traffic flow between Topanga Canyon Boulevard and John Tyler.
