Kelowna’s beloved Dragon Boat Festival is set to bring waves of excitement to Tugboat Bay starting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 11. Twenty-one teams, including 12 women’s crews and nine mixed teams, will take to the water in a celebration of vibrant competition and community spirit.
