Velan Holding Co. Ltd. has agreed to sell its controlling stake in Velan Inc. to Birch Hill Equity Partners Management Inc. for C$13.10 per share. The transaction, worth C$203,922,040.80 in total, transfers approximately 72.1% of Velan’s outstanding shares and 92.8% of voting rights to Birch Hill.
