A drive-by shooting in Chicago on Wednesday night resulted in four deaths and fourteen injuries, according to police reports. Authorities are investigating the incident that has left the city in shock.

Two teenagers have been charged with brutally beating and killing a man who was sleeping outside St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Oxnard, according to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office. The victim, identified as Davy Glen Pichel, was discovered on Thursday.
