Although it's small enough to fit in your pocket, you'll find yourself using this camera quite frequently. The camera allows you to record up to 5 sets of individually-tailored, pre-shutter sounds or phrases with the assistance of a free INSTAX PAL Smartphone App. It will then randomly play one of these sounds or phrases every time you use the shutter, providing some fun motivation before you snap a photo. Moreover, the camera comes with a multi-functional detachable ring that serves as a viewfinder, a finger loop for easy holding, and a stand for remote shooting using the INSTAX PAL App. You can harness the power of the INSTAX PAL Smartphone App's Remote Shooting feature to get a live preview of your shot on your phone. Additionally, the Interval Shooting feature lets you capture rapid sequences of digital INSTAX images in sets of 3, 6, 11, or 21. The INSTAX PAL Digital Camera has internal memory that can store up to 50 images, which can then be transferred to your INSTAX PAL Smartphone App via Bluetooth. In the App, you can add one of 18 filters, add text, or decorate your photos with stickers. You also have the choice of selecting your INSTAX photo format, such as MINI, SQUARE or WIDE. Once you've personalized your images, they can be printed using any INSTAX MINI, SQUARE or WIDE Smartphone Printers (sold separately) through the INSTAX LINK App, where your transferred INSTAX PAL images can be selected and printed. Alternatively, you can print directly from the INSTAX PAL Digital Camera to a paired INSTAX MINI LINK 2 Smartphone Printer by switching the button on the camera to "L" or LINK mode. The app also offers the interesting feature of turning your sequenced, Interval Shooting images, or your gallery images, into animations. Once your images are transferred into the App, these animations can be viewed in the App or printed as an INSTAX photo with a QR code. This QR code can then be scanned by a Smartphone to display your animation. It's also possible to print your images with any other INSTAX LINK Series Smartphone Printer, or by using the INSTAX MINI LIPLAY or INSTAX MINI EVO Hybrid Instant Cameras (which are sold separately).
