A woman is in the hospital after an early morning car crash in northeast Fresno on Wednesday, police say.

One person was hospitalized after a collision involving a blue Hyundai Elantra and a dark-colored GMC Sierra on Highway 395 just north of China Lake Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon.

Former NFL defensive end Robert Quinn was involved in a car crash early Friday morning in North Charleston, South Carolina. Authorities report that the former UNC and Philadelphia Eagles player attempted to flee the scene.
